ADS Extraoral Dental Suction System
During this COVID-19 Pandemic, we are finding ways to be more confident about everyone's safety and protection.
The Extraoral Dental Suction System helps in removing the high-volume of droplets and aerosols produced during the treatment. This system has an extensive medical-grade filtration system, a UV light disinfectant, and also the capacity to eliminate germs and viruses.
For a safe and comfortable environment to serve all your dental needs, we have taken care of personal protection like safety eyewear, mask, gloves, etc., and sterilized all instrumentation and the whole office.
We are proud that the Extraoral Dental Suction System is also a part of our safety protocol.
Medify Air MA-40 Medical Grade H13 HEPA Air Purifier
At Ami Desai D.D.S., we are quite serious about the health and safety of our patients and staff.
In our practice, we have invested in medical-grade air purifiers that circulate and remove aerosols every 15 minutes, including the viral particles. Using Medify Air, we can reduce the spread of airborne pollutants and focus on providing protective hygiene.
We always prioritize the safety of our patients and staff to make safe and healthy visits.
VacuLUX Aerosol Reduction System
The VacuLUX Aerosol Reduction System is designed to adapt your current HVE valves for use with Dryshield or Zyris (Isolite) silicone mouthpieces.
It can withstand daily autoclaving, as part of the increased protocol, it is made of aluminum rather than plastic and will not get degraded over time. Dr. Desai can run the adapter with a non-corrosive pH-neutral enzymatic cleaning solution and perform surface disinfection with a disinfectant wipe. This can help us carry out a safe procedure for our patients.
At our practice, we strictly follow the recommendations of the CDC and OSHA, to offer our patients the most protective environment for all sorts of dental care. With the COVID-19 restrictions across the country, we have taken essential steps to enhance our daily protocols to provide the highest level of safety for you, our patient, staff, and our dentists as well
In addition to the "universal precautions," we are happy to announce that we have added more safety to the dental care we provide by keeping in consideration the protection of our patients and staff as well.
You might have already read about aerosol protection procedures, as described on our website. We have enhanced our office air filtration system, adjusted the appointment scheduling so that fewer patients and staff may gather in one area, and reinforced our staff and doctor PPE barriers.
Our practice considers a safe environment as part of a safe future. Dr. Desai and staff are eagerly waiting to welcome you back after "Shelter in Place" to meet all of your dental needs. We expect you to stay healthy and be happy.
